If your bank isnt on real time it can take up to a week sometimes more for a purchase to clear the account. Keep the proof of purchase receipt and reconsile your statment with your register. The bank isnt gonna be able to help you much if you dont keep an up with your register and your purchases.

Can't they tell you what the withdrawals were that you don't recognize? There were a few times i called my bank because I thought this and it ended up being a majorly delayed withdrawal from a purchase I made like weeks before. They were able to give me more information and that helped me figure it out.

My card was copied. I have the card but they were making purchases in another state and swiped the card. Who knows how it happened but it's good that you noticed it. good luck with fixing it, I hope you get your money back!
