    Homes worth less than when bought

    Is their anyway a military member who owns a home that is now worth less than when they bought it able to re-finance it even if they are not living in said home as their primary residence?

    who is your mortgage company?

    are you current on your loan?

    have you gotten a cma from a realtor to know its worth less?

    legally no- it will need to be refied as an investment property-

    if you bought the home before 2006 you may qualify for the HAP -that is only if you sell for a loss.
