We are about to switch our banking over to them as well. Everything else is already through them. We're paying a fortune being out of the country and keeping our same bank they charge up the wazoo for just about every transaction. Plus, you can't beat never having to go to the bank. I dread that more than anything!

 Seriously, I'm sooo grateful that I'm eligible through my parents, they have AMAZING customer service and offer awesome rates on everything I've had to deal with through them. And they're a really stable bank, so this recession scariness was never too horribly scary to me (I never ever thought USAA would need gov't help)
