POA - Ask Rich / Money 101

I'm not sure that this is the right spot for my thread so mods please feel free to move it!

I have a doubt with POA.
I'm gonna have a POA done in the States before DH leaves for deployment. Mainly we need it so i can sign for the house we are buying in Italy.
Can I still use my POA in a foreign country?

Yes it should work in another country. Jealous you are buying a house in Italy. It is a fantastic place!
