Dave Ramsey and Allotments? - Ask Rich / Money 101

So, i'm trying to get the Dave Ramsey thing started on the next paycheck.
With that said, it's asking to set up a budget, and that includes car payments, rent, all of that..

But, our rent gets paid by an allotment, and so does his car payment. So i'm guessing for our monthly budget, i'd just do our eom pay??

Well you can do it either way, as long as it's on there. I'd personally put it on there so you can see it going back out, because even though it's automatic it's still being paid. But you'll still just have the eom pay to work with.

YAY Financial Peace University!!! I did it last year and it was SO worth it!!! The best investment anyone could make! I've paid off 3 credit cards already and will be out of debt in November. The website has tons of helpful tools.
