Rich- Is there anyway I can change the dates??
Rich, Our payments get taken out 2 days before our payday, is there anyway I could call them and ask them to change the dates that they take the payments out on? Because when they take it out before the payday, when payday comes we are in the negatives and it's really been bugging me.
I forgot to mention that USAA is the one that gets taken out.

There is indeed a way to change the day the amount is drafted as payment to your credit card. If USAA is the credit card, then call USAA first. They should be able to change the date to whichever day per month you choose. My colleagues in the bank tell me that you can change the date online at www.usaa.com . Select your Credit Card account, and then on the right side of the page, choose View More Services. Then select Change Payment Date. Or, give them a call at 1-800-531-8722.
Thanks for the question.

well no our car loan and payments are made to usaa and they get it taken out on the first and 15th, well to be exact they take it out on the like 30th and the 13th and we'll have like 100 somethin dollars in the bank and if they would take it out on the 15th then we wouldnt be in the negatives... heres an example..
bank acct shows we have 153 dollars on jan 29, jan 30th rolls around and we have -100 somethin then payday comes and we have to pay off that overdrafted amount plus the fee of 35 dollars.. DH told me they told him they couldn't do it, i know for fact they can i just dont know if i have the access to his acct to have them change the date. we dont have a bad spending habit. i didnt mean it as after paycheck has been deposited we're in the negatives. SORRY!! hope i made it more clear..
