Finding my own path!

Debit/credit card question
My hubby left his card in an ATM a while back so we replaced his card... reported it stolen all that jazz.... he needs his PIN reset and it's not listed on the website for me to be able to do that for him. I'm the primary account holder and he is just a user on the account. I set everything up initially and set his PIN for him. I asked him what he wanted it set as and put it in. He knows my PIN as well it's not as if we keep those secrets from each other... same account what's the point.
Anyway.. I just called USAA customer service to have them set his PIN for him. I'm NOT near a fax machine to fax my POA nor am I NEAR my POA at this moment in time. She said that HE has to do it himself or I have to fax them a POA for them to do it. KEEP IN MIND... the first time we set everything up I set his PIN for him. I've never had trouble setting things like this for him given that I'm the account holder. Is this a new rule or am I just being blown off by an irresponsible customer service agent? |

Although, the PIN can be changed online, once you login to your account.
Click on your checking acct Then click on View More Service on the right side, directly below "Report an ATM or Debit Card Lost/Stolen/ Damaged" Then in the far right column, click on "Create/Change ATM/Debit Card PIN" |

Tried that Victoria, it isn't even listed under the cards. The only card listed is my card... which doesn't make ANY sense. He can log in and see the same thing I can and she is telling me he'd have to log in under HIS information... I'm so utterly confused by the situation... I'm going to call again.

This is BEYOND ridiculous... talk about a paperwork nightmare... I've NEVER had trouble with USAA like this. I've set everything from day 1, dealt with all problems.... he's NOT ABLE TO CALL IN because he's at training during the day... WTF ever.... I guess I'm going to reset a login for him.. if I can figure out his USAA number and try to get that taken care of for him... this is beyond ridiculous.. he needs access to his debit card at ATM's like YESTERDAY...
