Anybody know anything about tax extensions for DH and me?
My DH just told me a little while ago that he doesn't think we have to file our taxes this year, because he is deployed in a war zone. He said that he was pretty sure the extension applied to me too, since we are filing jointly (for the first time - yay!) Does anyone know how this works, or if its true? Thanks!

i'm not sure if you fall under that or not... but literally any US citizen can get an automatic extention just by filing a Form 4868.
