Ok, so ya know how we got that stimulus check earlier last year. I'm working on the taxes this year and it's asking how much our check was. I forgot!! Is there anyway to look it up???

I'm thinking that we should be receiving a 1099 form for that in the mail from the IRS... It would be going out no later than 1/31

You can go to irs.gov and look it up the same way you looked it up when they were sending them out.

On the IRB website I believe there a place where you put in your info, SS# etc and it pull up the amount that you received last year. Let me see if I can find it.

I had to look back into our bank account deposit records (online of course). I am sure there is an easier way but that is what I did to find the amount

I would go back and check our bank account, but I think we just got the check in and then went to the bank and cashed it.

I got a 1099 already for mine. I was surprised. It was about 3 weeks ago?

I used turbo tax and there was a link to the site on there.

Stupid question...how does it factor in to what we get this year? I know this was discussed last year when they came out but I cant remember. Will it take away from what you would normally get back? And were we supposed to get a 1099 for it?
