Transition Assistance Program
I have attached the link for the online version of TAP Class. It is highly encouraged that your SO attend this in class or complete via online twice before leaving the service. It is an authorized course through the Department of Defense.

For those who are separating then they should complete it at the 1yr mark and the 6 month mark.

For those who are retiring then they should complete it at the 2yr mark and once more before retirement.
