Ok... I decided to start temping today. I haven't went out and got the BBT thermometer yet but I used the digital one we have since it also holds the temp. Well today it said 97.3 do I add a degree? Isn't that kinda low?
When you get ready to ovulate does it go up or down?
Whats the norm temp for when you start to ovulate?
I tried to read up on it on Fertility Friend and all but it confuses me so I figured I would ask people I knew that could write it out in terms I understood
