yes, you will pay first for the hotel and the submit copies of the reciepts with a travel claim.

you will be reimbursed dollar for dollar ( as long as you stay within your locality cap) and then get money for food ( which you do not need reciepts for).

oh and you will not be reimbursed for any additional costs for the pets.
