I'm not sure what officer housing is like, but they are redoing ALL of housing so right now everyone is mixed up and no one really knows what the new plan holds for enlisted and officers. Airway Heights isn't the nicest place, its most tailor parks, but there are places developing though. My hubby and I have AT&T and we don't have problems with it. Don't worry about asking to many questions I'm glad I can help
