You can do it!! Just try to set aside really short blocks of time to do homework - when I was feeling overwhelmed, I would set aside a 2 hour block, but I would break it up into 15 minutes on, 5 minutes off. I would do homework for 15 minutes and then let myself do something fun for 5. Thinking that I only had to do homework for 15 minutes made it a lot easier to get started, and normally I would just end up getting on a roll and keep going through some of the breaks. Every little bit of work done helps. What classes are you taking?
