IF they need a signature then read up on if a signature page would suffice ... if you can't find the original tax forms then that might do.
Now, if you filed THROUGH someone they should have kept your older forms on file.
If you filed by yourself on your own computer with Turbotax or something of that nature you might be able to find a copy and re-print it off.
