Property Managers? Owning a rental property?
I'm thinking we're going to have to rent our house here in VA while we live in HI. I'd like to sell it, but it just doesn't seem feasible right now.
Does anyone have any experience with owning a rental property? How did you pick a property manager? Was it a nightmare? Totally worth it? Any advice that I should know going into it?
And does anyone in the Virginia Beach area have a property manager they recommend?
