I'd be upset too, hun. I'm not sure if you should tell him or not, it's really up to you, but maybe just mention to him that you really put a lot of thought into the packages and just wanted to let him know how much you cared about him, no matter how "cheesey" it may have been - no matter what "the guys" say, it's just your own way of showing him you're thinking about him. He could just be feeling embarrassed from some of the guys making fun of him - but you know what, they're probably just jealous that he has someone sending him things.
